Growing too fast
I just took this picture of Little Dude the other day and I can’t believe how big he is getting! Where does the time go?
In the news of Little Dude’s allergies… What doesn’t contain milk proteins?!?!?!? Good grief!
I did find a helpful Web site, though, thanks to some great friends and family – godairyfree.org. This site is amazingly helpful!
And, I found a terrific corn chowder recipe at the Web site allrecipes.com. At this site, you can specify special considerations for recipes you wish to browse, so I was able to choose “dairy-free.” You can find the corn chowder recipe here. The hubby made this vegan corn chowder (with a few modifications – a little less garlic and pepper) and it was WONDERFUL! We, not being vegetarians or vegans, actually think it would taste pretty great with either chicken, canadian bacon, or shredded beef added.
That is about it here… Time to check on Little Dude. Hopefully, he is doing this (no, I don’t have pillows in his bed, before anyone worries – this picture was taken when he fell asleep on his boppy close to two months ago).
