Allergies don’t bring us down
Happy belated Halloween from the dairy farmer, the cow (a calf, actually) and the county fair dairy princess (I’m from the midwest – we actually have these, and my aunt actually was one at some point in her past).
What would you expect us to be with Little Dude’s severe dairy-protein allergy?
Not the best picture, but a quick shot taken by my dad when we stopped by my parent’s house to trick-or-treat. I’ll try and share more of the cutie-patootie cow later.
(After all was said and done, we determined the Hubby looked a little bit more like a truck driver, but we’ll make him the milk transporter, then.)
Hope you all had a safe and happy Halloween, and that your candy pails runneth over! And I hope today’s sugar crash isn’t creating havoc in your household.

Wonderful costumes!!!!! … And I think it’s a great picture. You all look so happy.
That is a super picture! I feel ya with the Protein allergy, my first had one, too. Thankfully he grew out of it at age 2!
At least you weren’t a “pork queen.”
LOL Iowa has those, no joke.
You all are such a cute family. Looks like you three had a great time.
You all look adorable! I think your idea is VERY clever!
Very cute!
You’ve been tagged!
Very cute!
Awesome cow costume!
You all look so great! And you are one hot dairy princess! Can I have some of your tan please?
Julie – Thanks! We had a great time!
Julie at Cool Mom – We are getting close to age two, and due to recent testing not showing a huge decrease in the allergic reaction, we are not testing again until he is three. Hoping he grows out of it!
Jen – **giggle** Nope, we have “Dairy Princesses” and “Fairest of the Fairs.” I’m grateful.
mrsmacheide – You are so sweet. We had a wonderful time.
Andrea – We thought so!
Karen – Thanks for stopping by for the first time. Please come back again!
mrsvierkant – Thank you, your Highness.
kweenmama – We thought he was the cutest one out there.
Gina – Tan? Really? I didn’t think I looked that tan.
