Remember the death of my laptop?
Remember the tears?
Remember the frustration at the repaired laptop not working as well?
The Hubby was sick of me using his desktop computer and being in his way when he had things to do and I agreed it was time to just replace the laptop.
Financially, it is a stretch, but since it allows me to work from home at least a day per week (more time spent with Little Dude since I lose the crummy commute on those days!), it is an investment in my career and in our relationship, since we aren’t making each other crazy by sharing the same desk or fighting over whose turn it is to shop online and in our family time.
I stayed with HP in the end and am hoping I don’t regret it.
And right now, I just want to be up all night checking out my new toy important work-related equipment.
But, I should probably go get at least – EEK – only five hours until I need to be awake! **sob**

I am really annoyed at my laptop. The Urbane Lion says we simply need to back it up, remove the evilness of Vista, and load XP. Personally, I think the situation calls for a brand new laptop. And I am thinking Apple. Oh, ya, give me that Mac. Seriously, I am pretty sure a Mac will greatly improve my writing. Yes, I am postive it has magic creative powers. Everyone knows that real artists use Macs. Yep….
BTW, I realized with an ‘oops’ that the link to your Award post didn’t show up in my post. I will fix that tonight!

Looks awesome! … We didn’t stick with HP with this laptop, and I regret it… It’s a Fujitu, and I have had nothing but problems with it… Next time? HP all the way! *lol*
