Not enough hours in the day
I have a lot I wish I had time to share and write about right now, but the last couple of weeks have been insanely busy. Busy is a good thing, though, so I’m not complaining.
Since I don’t have time to write about Little Dude’s latest antics (he is singing and dancing up a storm, and has taken to announcing he is awake in the mornings by yelling, “mommy, mommy, mo-o-o-o-mmy… come here,” or, “mommy, mommy, mo-o-o-o-mmy… get up!”) or to share my frustration in throwing together an event at the last minute (it turned out well, so that is all that matters), I’ll leave you with the latest from xkcd… It made me giggle since I remember clearing our Etch-a-Sketch to see what was in there, and how often, as a kid, I hoped to find a secret world in one of life’s boring mysteries.
Beyond that, if you are looking for another podcast to add to your world (they make my commute so much nicer!), check out PRI: Selected Shorts. As someone who has been in love with stories and books my entire life, this has been an awesome addition to my playlist. I just found this podcast and am already addicted. It makes the reader in me VERY happy.

It sounds like we all “blacked-out” our Etch-A-Sketches, to see what was behind there. Funny!
I can totally agree with the not enough hours statement … as I type it is just comming up to midnight and I am meant to be getting up at 5:45 for a run, but now that my company has you blocked as being some threat to national security or something, I figured if I didn’t comment now, it wouldn’t get done.
Mr Geek – I’m still trying to figure out why I’m blocked. I promise I gave up my incognito career years ago!
